The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium allows and accepts service animals of any kind as long as they don't pose a threat like a tiger or something. Although, I don't think emotional support animals are allowed, you would have to look into that and it depends how sevire the disability is. I hope this answer was help to you!

Yes they are great with service dogs I've taken mine twice. Get your tickets then go to the customer service office to check in they will ask for breed and what the tasks the sd provides per the ADA

The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium welcomes guests with disabilities who use serviceanimals as determined by the American's with Disabilities Act and Ohio Administrative Code. ... Personal pets are not permitted on any Zoo and Aquarium grounds. Found this on the web.
