We just went, it's kids 2 and under are free... The following is literally from their web site... Admission and membership pricing: Zoo admission tickets for Franklin County residents continue at $14.99 for ages 10-59 and $9.99 for ages 3-9. Franklin County senior citizen admission tickets (guests 60 years and older) are reduced from $10.99 to $9.99.Mar 13, 2015. Pretty sure that means 2 and under are free. ;-)
