yes there is a walmart vision center at the walmart in lehighton. hours are Monday thru Saturday 9am-8pm and Sunday 12 noon-5p.m. I have heard all wonderful things about their vision center and will be going there for my new exam & frames/contacts.

Yes they have optical. I have used them and they are very good. Call store for hours.
