No. Dogs are not only not allowed in the rafts - they are also not welcome on property. I had my dog with me and was asked to leave.
I go every year and I have never seen any dogs. I wouldn't think they are allowed because it's not safe for them especially in the middle of a rapid. But call them and find out :)
