Some drinks take longer to make or the machine is busy so they start on other orders
No idea. Have not been there for about 3 months.
The guy even said that I should know better because I'm in there every day. I hadn't been there for a week. I guess people like me all look the same to him.
I don't have an answer to that. Sorry. However, I would ask to speak to a manager and then ask them.
I've never have had that experience there. :/ has it happened to you multiple times? And, did you ask the manager? What did you order?
