People ruined it for their dogs by being too lazy to clean up after them. A plastic bag dispensary would've helped but now there r many signs that say no dogs. Take your chances, I do.

I bring my dog there all the time Carol. I just try to time it around sunrise or around sunset when it's empty. Most people ate laid back there.
