Had room 17 with 2 queen beds, hot shower, microwave and refrigerator. Very clean and cozy! Highly recommend 👌

PS - older positive reviews suggest owners are Maggie and Greg. more current reviews are super negative. Perhaps the motel has new ownership? I can't imagine any other reason why the abrupt change in customer appreciation.

This is where I've stayed in the past when I come to NJ but I won't ever again! Got stuck in snow and had some travel issues. My check in time was 830-9:00pm. I get a phone call at 8pm from this polish lady screaming and arguing with me saying I should have called and said I was running late. Pretty intense! I was still planning on staying there but I told her to just cancel the rest of the days. No thank you, super unprofessional. She also threatened to charge me anyway when no where on their site does it say anything about calling to be late or cancelling. She also said to me they DONT have a cancellation fee but she "feels like she will charge me" because I didn't call. Keep in mind...my check in time hadnt even passed. And nobody said anything when I booked it either. He also said I didn't even need a reservation and that they "weren't busy" and would have plenty of rooms available. It was really bizarre. And then instead of explaining any sort of policy she just hangs up on me. For that behavior, the price, and how small the rooms are with zero amenities...I'll pass. Needs an update for sure

Rooms are decent. Owners are really nice. Deposit needed. There is a Dominoes and incase you forgot something a corner store. Roughly a 5 mins walk. Bus accessible 5 mins away. You.can go north on 9 to Lakewood or South on 9 to Smithsville or Atlantic City. on route 9.
