I've never seen them be rude, but I never see them act really sincere either. They just do their job and that's it.
I think you expectations are to high with thAt said I shop there and have seen customers be realy rude to the people that work there and piss them off then they are assholes the rest of the day so it falls on the lack of good managers to take care of the people who shop there and to have there employee's back

I, too had this same issue buy it had been over the past two years. I have not had this issue recently though. Because of what I experienced, I refused to go there for a while. Now, I only go out of pure desperation!

I said the same thing, they had a good manager twice and they took them away and replaced them with rude ones. And the cashiers omg very unprofessional. But this is why I do the surveys on the receipts and make complaints on the cashiers when needed.
