I have been there three times for their lunch special and their food is always fresh the place is very packed extremely small parking is a nightmare but the price is very reasonable
How late in the day did you eat at El Economico @Katy Guilty? I would think that their fresh food would be less fresh by day's end imho. I know that they put out freshly made food before lunch & dinner times.
