He is in Newark by Lincoln Park. Also has a big office in Paterson nj. Yes he takes that insurance. Been gping to him for over 15years. Great staff

We are still located on Clinton Avenue in Newark. We are there on the third Monday of the month. And, yes, we do accept Horizon New Jersey Health.
