Positive: Nothing. It was disappointment. Negative: The personel was very rude, there was construction and everywhere was dirty. TV is not working, there is wifi but very poor connection and I could not get any website. I thought that I am scammed paying such that amount to this hotel. No breakfast also.

I did not like this hotel, is not secure th doors of the rooms can open by themselves I couldn’t leave my stuffs at the hotel because I didn’t feel safe to left my package over there the rooms were dirty I just don’t recommend stay in this hotel

A totally awful place since I called to confirm my reservation... too broken English hard to understand, no matters, no professionalism...RUDE!!!!!!!!!!. Why even bother myself going there. Ugh!! I prefer to sleep over in my car !!!! AND they were trying to charge me Xtra arguing I made a reservation for 2 when the price I paid was for 4 (family).... their own website price list supports that what I paid was correct! BURGLARS !!!! DON'T GO THERE!!!!⁵!

I go daily and I still needed an ID. He was rude and he throw my partner and I out because we did not have any ID. I said, "You have a copy of my ID. I even came last week. So why even bother making a photo copy." "If can check it." My boyfriend even gave paid for a room. Then he spoke in his language to his co-worker so gave us a dirty look. My boyfriend went back with passport and the guy at the desk was happy
