For me, the total cost was around $225. The initial doctors appointment was $200, and the card itself costs $50. I was able to get a reduced price for the card because I was on medicaid. When paying for the card, there is a box on the PA medical marijuana website that let's you opt into the reduced cost card if you qualify. They never screened me, and took the $25.
