Why do they ask me what kind of sauce I want and then NEVER put any sauce in the bag??? I go there every other day for the last 5 months and I've only gotten sauce a handful of times and when I do get sauce it's the wrong kind?

That is such a problem that you wonder if they train them not to put it in?! You shouldn't have to check.
