As usual a great experience. Great place, very affordable for a family night, always a go to for fun evening. New movies and concessions are affordable. Not much more than a dollar general for most things. Bathrooms were clean amd staff is excellent.

The drive in has always been a wonderful experience. Staff are friendly and food at the snack shack is pretty good. Weekends are packed; would recommend a weeknight if possible for smaller crowds. We also bring a small battery-powered radio for the sound so we don't have to run the car at all.

Last night was our first time visiting and we read reviews and rules, so we knew to come early! We got there around 7:20 and it was already filling up and crazy busy. I honestly was surprised but thankful we left the house early enough. Thank you for a fun filled night with my husband and kids! Will definitely recommend and visit again!!

Great staff, food is excellent and fair price. Crowd was for the most part respectfull. Great family night or Date spot! If I could give it 6 stars I would. Do yourself a favor and get a funnel cake!!

You are able to do that but the price is still the same.
Why would you want to bring cold and soggy food when you can get hot and fresh food in their snack bars at prices that are usually less than Burger King, McDonalds and Pizza Hut? Also, do you realize that the movie companies get up to 90% of your price of admission...therefore the only profit would be from the sale of food? Keep this awesome and unique family fun spot open. Go inside and get some goodies!! George Welsh and Family from Allison Park.
Yes but hopefully you're not right next to someone! I try to smoke away from the close cars.
It's open all year long
Yes you can leave when you want. The price is for 2 viewings.
They have a website that lists all movies and times for all four screens.
2 movies for the price of 1
There are 3 screens and double features on each. Typically one screen shows G and PG rated movies every week.
The following link should let you know, but to sum it up, Grease and footloose, Ghostbusters and Jumanji the next level, Palm springs, and the lodge. https://www.dependabledrivein.com/NowShowing/now-showing.html
They have burgers, nachos, chicken tender baskets, lots of real food and snack foods
I don't think so because of the kids they can get get bit but if you got a good dog and he's quiet, cover him up with a blanket and sneak him in LOL
Sometimes people sneak in dogs, but my parents were asked to leave when they seen their dog
It's not on the screen it's a box they give you to hold in your own car
I haven't heard anything about it closing, but seeing as it is one of the few left it's got a stranglehold on the market.
Rumor "yes"
No they are not. they are on a fall schedule of thursday-Sunday= open Monday-wednesday = closed id check their facebook for the most recent updates
Yes to all of the above
Anything there can play FM radio (93.2)
Yes, they're open. Check their website for current showings.
You need to wait until the box office is open to get a live person on the line.
You buy them at the gate.
Yes, 7:: 00 I believe gates open
Depends on if they sell out the movie or not. Weekends show up early, like 7:30-8 to be sure. If you are joining another group I think sometimes they can let you park somewhere and walk in. That is sorta hearsay though.
On their Facebook they posted they are no longer doing private ebents due to insurance.
It is not a real radio station, with call letters, if that is what you are asking. It is usually just a very low power broadcast that you can only pick up for a couple hundred yards. So they do not cause interference with commercial stations that pay big bucks to broadcast on say 100.3, 97.5, etc. (the frequencies that Dependable uses.)
Instructions two weeks ago were to stay with your vehicle, no motorcycles, no walk-ins. You could have chairs in front or close beside your car, or sit in your truck bed, etc.
Yeah either go to the concession stand of the screen you were at or call the box office
Ya you can park in the back
Gates open at 6:00 pm Adults (12 and up) - $8.00 Children (5-11) - $3.00
That varies. More importantly, you should find out what time movies start. That varies by the time the sun sets.
Every day of the week and I think that it's open every day of the year.
Using fandango, yes I do believe. However, you will still wait in the same lane. I suggest planning to arrive earlier than the movie. The concession is also reasonable and they serve funnel cakes. Love the funnel cakes. Have fun!
It is year round but only weekends during the winter. Their website lists their winter dates and hours. http://dependabledrivein.wwmm.mobi/
I think they just play it by ear and see. I always check their website first
Get a boombox dude. And bring those ramps you use to change your oil.
No
Under 12 is $3.00 Adults is $8.00.. For my wife me and 5 kids it was just under $35 under 5 is free....
Their website also tells what movies are coming and also a number of their special events
Some screens do have speakers closer to the screen but most you do need radio. They will tell you the channel at the gate
Yes. Sometimes they ask you to wait at the entrance for the intermission. Depends on how full the rows by the entrance are.
Depending on what type veichle you have .If you have a Truck or SUV spaces are limited so go 1 at least before movie starts.Sometime even earlier. You call ahead for times and then usually when it get dark.8.00 per adult not sure about kids for admission
No switching screens
Look up the phone number and call them. If you are at the drive--in and need assistance ASAP I would probably go to the snack bar during the movie. There is a snack bar for every screen. Hope that helps !!
Usually a minimum of one in operation. Once the summer starts its mostly both.
It is $8/person. Right now they are selling their "Dependable Doubler" Deal. It is $12, and you get popcorn, pop, and 2 tickets, but you have to order them online and they mail it to you.
Well the best way to know is to check their website.
I think it is $8.00 per person, but you get to see two movies and you can take your own snacks and drinks. Yes you can have alcoholic beverages too.
