Why are the employees rude and they always mess up my order I'm getting tired of the employees acting like they are better then their customers

There are a few VERY rude employees. Normally I get great service but if that 2 or 3 employees are working it does make you feel like you do not want to come back. I was told tonight by Evan that the company made a mistake on the menu wording and there is no such thing as a "double up" tray. THEN proceeded to tell me how I knew nothing of the COOK OUT menu and buy 2 trays like a normal customer..... 🤷

Never had a problem there with the employees. Maybe they give what they get.
