On March 21, 2022, my wife and I went in to get service done on a vehicle. A sales person approached us. My wife told him everything she wanted and he proceeded to show us a Buick Encore. Looked nice, but it didn't have everything my wife wanted, but he kept saying it did. We were rushed for time, and in the process of the paperwork, they increased the price. I will never go back there, and would never recommend any of the Tim Short dealerships.

Update: Tim Short service is terrible. Bought $50k vehicle and wouldn't fix thing that are bad. Took 4 trys to fix, left parking lot still isn't fixed. Made me pay deductible on warranty instead of covering themselves, and I still have to fix it myself. 4 times in the service department and not one time did they call me, I had to call every single time. No help from Michael Blevins either after the sale. I bought $100k in vehicles in one day, no more business from me. Michael Blevins has been outstanding.
