They never opened the second lane other than lunchtime and dinner
I was told that sometimes they don't have enough staff at certain times of the day to run both drive thru lanes.
Hhmmmm..... I would guess that by sales volume the upper management decided the 2 drivethrus would serve their clientele better. Reality, however, may be that the locals running the joint dont want to be bothered with all the work of tracking who is who in which lane, and find it actually easier to run only one lane. But hey, that's just my guess! 😂
