Didn't witness live music, but festive recorded music played during my entire visit.

Recorded German music plays almost continuously in the restaurant to provide that German ambiance. Andrew, you might Google Hungarian or German clubs like Cannstatter Verein in Philly. They have live music on scheduled dates.
Same experience as many others, I've been there several times and not seen live music. Perhaps they would for a special event, but it doesn't seem like a regular thing.
