This is a 1950's motel which the owners have done a great job in renovating the place. If you're just looking for a place to rest your head at a reasonable price, this is the place. Our room was very comfortable, very clean well kept. Bathroom is updated with better than usual wash cloth and towels. By Mcquires air force base and about 40 minutes from the beach. Next time we'll be staying there.

It was a one night stay for my mom and I from Atlantic City on our way home. Mary was very accommodating and friendly. Hotel leaves a good impression and makes me want to visit it again once I am in that area. Price was great and fit our budget. Area is peaceful and quiet, no disturbing visitors. Free self parking is just off the doorstep. Free tea/coffee/ice is in the office, any food is just 1.5 miles away. They do offer self check-in if you are coming off regular hours with no key access to your room which might be a good option if you don't know exact arrival time. P.S. I had a lost and found blue shorts story in Atlantic City, so Mary asked me to mention it if I were to post any review :)

Would love to give 6 stars. Lovely property, immaculately clean room. The owner went ABOVE and BEYOND any reasonable expectations. Extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. Would highly recommend the property. Definitely look forward to visiting again.

The room was extra clean and neat. *** Our king bed was very comfortable. *** The people who run the motel are delightful, extremely considerate, and followed up twice in a very timely fashion. *** My wife and I are elderly, and I'm just a couple of weeks from hip replacement surgery, so it was wonderful to be able to access the room directly from where we parked, which was immediately in front of the room door. *** The price was great, too! *** The only downside, and it's just a quibble, is that my wife would have preferred the shower water to be hotter. *** Considering that other motels and hotels are way more expensive, this was a great stay!
