Why was my cheeseburger cold, cold unmelted cheese? No ketchup w my fries. No straw with my drink. No receipt with my order. Meal was ruined the second I got it. Horrible.

Some times the ppl that make the sandwiches in the back don't care to take the time to heat them before they go out and ketchup and straw is the responsibility of the person at the window who gives you your order they are supposed to put everything in the bag before u get it there is a number you can call to report the problems. I would suggest you do that so it doesn't happen to you again. Hope this helps.

I will just never shop at McDonald's again..good luck eating their garbage. Yes it was at the drive thru.
