They never pick the phone up I called and stood right in line and watched the phone ring and they ladies just kept letting it ring as if they didn't hear it
Gotta remember that most businesses are very short handed with workers and to serve your needs are the last importance on their minds as trying to stay in operation is more important, Stop expecting the world to serve you and your needs when you could simply go to the store in person and get the questions you ask answered, Your not the only human on this planet and stop expecting immediate gratification and put a little effort into helping make someone else job and or life easier and perhaps then your world would be a lil better...

Have no idea. Have had the same problem. Especially with the one in Thompson.
