Why would people answer a question when they don’t know the answer? No, this store does not answer the phones. Once in a great while you might get someone in a specific department to answer but customer service does not. Their logic is that they need to focus their attention to the customers who are in the store but as a customer who has done both online and in store shopping at this location it is clear they do not consider customer service a top priority.

No idea. I think I called once and actually did get someone try the order pickup ext.
