Although I did not eat it myself. My wife ordered it and she said it was delicious! Yes, thin layer of crust on top.

The tomato pie is more like a quiche- just a bottom crust. Very good and highly recommend!

Its in a light flaky crust and topped with cheese, its so good. They are open 7am-9pm Mon - Sat and 8am-5pm Sun.
