If you're talking about getting a Best Buy item, you can get anything they offer and if they don't have it in stock then they'll have it shipped to their Altoona store. So "No" you wouldn't necessarily have to go to Harrisburg unless you want to and they have your item at that store. But their trucks run daily so it would save you a trip.
