My wife recently purchased a MacBook Pro for our daughter who is 300 miles away from home and a freshman in college. She spent over and hour in the store waiting to pick up the MacBook. We had sent her text messages of the changes that was made on the account. The manager Ashley told my daughter they had to wait for an email and just walked away from her. Now I understand people have certain things they have to do to protect the buyer, but when the store was advised when they called my wife that our daughter was picking the laptop up and that we are 300 miles away please use our daughters name it was never done!. Than when my daughter tried to put my wife on the phone again she just ignored my daughter and walked away again. If this is a manager, then she should be retrained. VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Do not get any car Audio installed here. They have one installer who is not always there and he does lazy work. First there was a battery drain issue he had to fix and I had to wait several days for a new appointment for him to fix what wasn't correct the first appointment. Then he lied about the cause of the drain saying it was just a loose battery cable (it was not, cables were thoroughly examined prior to drop off and wouldn't have caused issue experienced. Then instead of installing a speaker correctly in it's housing (tweeter) he ran the wire under the steering wheel and taped it under the console. Avoid!!

Best Buy had a MacBook Pro clearly marked one price. When trying to purchase it, it was marked wrong. I specially asked the salesman four times if the tag matched the computer and he said yes. He then wouldn’t sell it at the marked price. Absolutely would not do business here. Customer service is terrible and they don’t honor what is posted.

The phone line is routed to a hub system in Pittsburgh. When you call Altoona, Johnstown, State College, or other nearby locations, the operator will be out of a Pittsburgh store. They can still answer any questions you have, though.

They do not. The cord doesn't work very well and they've been removed from Best Buy's inventory. They do have HDMI converters to most other outputs/inputs.
