Are they always hateful? I just called to inquire about an item and upon answering the man told me not to call back and hung up on me! News flash I have never called before and won't call again.

Wow! That's too bad. The dealers who work there that we have encountered when visiting/purchasing there, have always been friendly and helpful. He must have been having a bad day. Give it another chance; maybe someone else will answer.
