The wait time is like no other, their deals are alright but not great enough to wait 45 mins in the lobby for a pick up order. Extremely understaffed.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. The manager at this place has absolutely no business running any type of store. After placing an online order and waiting in line outside for over 30 minutes I was one of two people turned away when we both had online orders. Literally all they had to do was hand us our order. This all took place before 5:30pm when they close at 6:00pm.

This dispensary is a joke. You can be the first one in line when they open and still wait 45 minutes. This place needs way better management the manager here should be let go and not rehired they do not know how to run a dispensary.

The staff are excellent and caring. They are always busy but never too busy to help. I do miss some of the old Strawberry staff though. I’m really happy that Stephanie B. is still working and has moved to the Dispensary side. She is a welcoming smile and has a cheerful positive attitude.
