Cost to operate / profit ratio probably
Roller blading is not as popular as a used to be I'm sure they are hurting financially which is why the limited openings
I assume that it has to do with the traffic on those days, and to maximize profit. No that many people will be rollerblading on Sunday and even less on weekdays.
