Absolutely horrible experience. My husband went there on 06.21, ended to print out forms saved on email and fax them over. Young lady working there give him their email to receive a barcode. He can’t see that well so he ask for help on which she replied “ I can’t touch your phone”. Ok, understandable, he sent to me, I told him what was printed there so he can type it. Then he asked her to help him to print out because he had no idea what to do with that barcode, lady is very angry and irritated told him “ I will help you” and never attempted to help. No customers in the store , none, except for him. After waiting for her for a very long time my husband adventually see another employee, a gentleman who immediately come over to help.

Brought a package for delivery to lower Manhattan on Wednesday March 9th regular deliver certified for signature. Was told package would arrive possibly Thursday 10th, but definitely by Friday. To date, no delivery was received and have to wait till Monday the 14th to get an answer because they're closed on the weekend. Could have driven there myself in better time and delivered the package. Unfortunately I was I'll and couldn't do so.
