Does Miller's ale house normally charge for one side of honey mustard or 1 sides of barbecue sauce? condiments normally are no charge

Thank you everyone the reason why I asked is because today I picked up an order. 2 sandwiches and I asked for some barbecue sauce on the side for one order and honey mustard on the side for the other order and they charged for both
