Hi Natalie! They can come alone, but the 15 year old will need a parent present on the first visit. Since each PF is individually owned and operated, membership pricing and payment options may vary. Most clubs require a valid checking account on file but some do accept cash or credit cards. The best thing to do is reach out to your home club and ask which payment options they accept.
