Yes. Take Parkway North to I-287 north to I-80 West. Get off 80 at Exit 34B. You want the Weldon Road exit. The reservation is ten minutes down the road.
It's at least a 1.5 hour drive to Sandy Hook, longer to the other beaches further south.
