Answering a question with "you can call and find out" isn't an answer. They asked here hoping they would get an answer and not have to call. But to answer the question, yes they do and I know they're not expensive. Just not sure of the price. Hope this helps.
Yes they are $5 found just outside of Macys on both levels. You get a .50 cent back after returning the stroller to the Smarte Carte machine.
They definitely have stroller rentals on lower level.
Yes they do ~~I've seen them down by Macy's upper level. The cost of rentals you could check the Mall's Web site.
