UPDATE: Since writing the review below, this hasn’t happened again — which hopefully means Park West 205 has taken steps to correct the situation. I’ve added a star onto my rating and will continue to do so over the next few weeks/months, as long as the company acts properly (I.e., doesn’t enter my apartment without advance notice/permission). ORIGINAL REVIEW: My one-star rating is due to one unbelievable (and unacceptable) trait — Park West 205 maintenance staff REGULARLY enters your apartment without warning. This happens several times a month! It’s one thing when you put in a maintenance request; that, of course, I understand. But what I’m referring to are not requested or scheduled visits - I regularly receive notification on my Smart Rent app that maintenance has unlocked my door (scary, right?), without providing any previous notice! At most, there might be a notification a minute before they enter…but that’s unacceptable. I’ve previously rented elsewhere for years, and never ONCE had the property enter my apartment at will. Park West 205, I really hope you stop this practice immediately, because at best, it’s an invasion of privacy, and at worst, it’s a legal issue. P.S. Also, these are not the general notices they provide, such as “your building will be scheduled for dryer vent checks or air filter changes” etc. on a certain day. I’m referring to completely unscheduled and non-requested visits.

Poor management. Office staff are very rude. Specially person calls herself manager . I am looking forward to talk to the regional office about how they manage this property, same for Morgan groups . Also I shared the hallway pictures if anyone interested in this place .

Property is very nice. Staff is terrible and very rude. I asked to speak to the manager and she was so snobby and didn't see like she wanted to help me at all, or even get up from her desk. She was very unprofessionally dressed and I wasn't sure if she even worked there. The apartments here look nice, but that's about the only good thing about living here. After the complex was bought out by Morgan Properties last year they installed new smart locks on a 2-3 year old building and a gaudy backsplash and …Hi Meghan, we are sorry that there are so many changes to the community that your are not happy with. Most residents love the improvements we have made on the apartments such as the new smart locks. They provide more privacy for you and more control of your home. We especially love how it notifies you when maintenance opens the door to your apartment when handling work orders for you. As for the carpet, we went in several times to inspect the carpet and I personally was feeling the edges of it for nails when you moved in and hammering them down as best I could. We did not hear from you again regarding this so we assumed there was no longer an issue. We ask that you please put in a maintenance request if it is a continuous problem so that we can address it. While we understand the hardship of COVID 19, we work hard to keep the amenities open as safely as we can. Minimizing hours and the amount of people in the amenities is not only helping keep us safe, but you as a resident as well. We are happy that we can at least open our areas (even with extra rules) when other properties can’t. We also try our best with a large plow to clear our driveways and lots, unfortunately most of the vehicles are still in the lot during the day and any spot available is not wide enough for the plow to clear safely. With all this said, I’m glad you still chose to renew your lease with us for another year and we will keep working hard to make all of our residents happy.
