If u surrender a cat because of peeing on everything can afford to keep replacing stuff can u get other cat?

If the peeing is due to medical reasons possibly. If its just emotional or not a clean litter box or not enough litter boxes, no.

Is via cat a he? Is he neutered? Spraying is marking their territory. Takes a couple weeks to stop after neutering, but good luck

Yes had him to the vet tryed sprays putting stuff down to try to get him to stop. Nothing seem ro work

I'm not sure but if a cat is peeing, there's a reason. Have you taken him to the vet recently? Could be a UTI, arthritis, allergies, anxiety...I had a cat that would pee on my bed when she wasn't feeling well.
