I would recommend calling your vet. They can direct you better. Sometimes the internet one is not completely certified either. Also your pcp can help get you in touch with someone to help you get service dog information.
There is a way online to do so. Google it, I can't remember the name but they offer an entire kit for your dog. It does cost but it's nice. You get a certificate and a vest for dog to wear etc. Good luck.
