No, they don't. I didn't see any bikes for rent, or free use at the hotel, or nearby. The boardwalk is very nice though.

I saw the bikes. However, I don't know if it's free of charge

Yes, they do. Rode a couple myself. You just have sign a waiver form with the concierge.
