It was okay. I think the reviews are exaggerated. Not much of a choice for breakfast. Whatever they are making is what your eating. Room was okay. Defintely for older people. Im in my thirties...most guests are over 50 so I felt out of place. Too expensive for what they offer....which is only breakfast. No water in your room or ice.... I wouldnt stay here again. Different crowd. Good location though.

Cedars and Beeches is an awesome place to stay in Long Branch! It is clean and the staff is friendly. Esther makes the most delicious muffins along with a great breakfast! The rooms are inviting and the house is amazing. It brings you back to a simpler time when life was more relaxed. It also has a huge front wrap around porch, one of my favorite spots besides being on the beach! You have to check this special place out for yourself.

Even though my friend canceled last minute, I had the best time here! Esther is super friendly and a great host! My room was beautiful and the windows overlooked the yard. I watched the deer for hours! The bed was super comfy and I loved all of the details. The bathroom set up was exquisite. The shower always had hot water. The breakfast is amazing! I especially loved the muffins! They were baked to perfection and beyond fresh! The waitress is super friendly and has a huge smile. The mid day baked goods were exceptional as well! The B&B was quiet and I got great nights of sleep. I definitely recommend this place. Housekeeping is also warm and friendly. Leaving today I was sad. I couldn't bring myself to have breakfast and felt bad I missed a delicious meal. I was also sad that I didn't see Esther before I had left to thank her for the wonderful stay! I definitely will be coming back.

My husband and I enjoyed staying here very much. It was pleasant and decorated tastefully. The breakfasts are delicious; I especially liked the muffins, & S. who bakes them daily and serves breakfast is a lovely, sunny person. Esther, the owner, is welcoming, kind, personable, and helpful with directions & is ready with advice/ suggestions on good local eats. I give 2thumbs up & would definitely stay here again!
