Do NOT cover the tattoo with gauze unless you're in a situation where getting it dirty is inevitable. You want the tattoo to breath and heal. No, they do not sell redemption aftercare. Aquaphor is your best option.

I'm not really sure. You can get the after care stuff in the dollar store and if you need gauze fo after care, my suggestion is to get the nonstick pads cause they are so easy to change.
