I was hesitant getting my hair done here. Honestly I didn’t get the results I wanted but that’s okay because my hair dresser informed of that. She was really nice and I liked my time with her. But I did end up getting upcharged. My hairstylist charged me for a service & product I did not ask for. I reached out to customer service about a week ago now and no response. Save some money and go to a salon or hairstylist that informs you of the cost before adding things to your hair.

I was apprehensive to try out a new stylist after I moved here from my old home. However, Madison immediately put all of my fears to rest! She suggested trimming off my dead ends in order to create fullness in the perimeter of my hair. A deep conditioner and I was ready to go :) I will continue seeing madison for all of my hair needs! She really knows what she’s talking about and presents her knowledge in a beautiful way.

My nieces and I came to buy makeup here yesterday , the staff all they did was follow , follow , follow. As if we were going to steal. I saw the same associate by me 5 x times and the other one like 3x time. Smh this is awful. Ulta please do better … last time going there for sure !

The hairdresser was really sweet & spent a lot of time on me. But she dropped the curling iron on my shoulder & if I didn’t have my hoodie on she would have burned me. Also, don’t waste your money on the karatin hair treatment. It didn’t do anything for me and it cost 200$. Literally my hair has no change except it smells like chemicals now and the chemical smell won’t wash out. Giving 3 stars because the hair dresser did her best & the hair came out looking good for the day. Also, accidents happen and she could’ve been having a bad day! Bad days happen. But unfortunately this bad day cost me over 200$ lol.
