Neither cranberry lakes need a discovery pass, I believe. The one in Anacortes is dubbed, little cranberry by the locals.

Big Cranberry Lake out at West Beach(Deception Pass State Park) requires a discovery pass.
Just keep in mind what trail you're on it's easy to get turned around
