So I’m going to call, but would just like to know by other people that have stayed here. Is it family friendly and we have a child, wanting to sell home and stay in rv till we buy land. Do they allow this?

Like J Sherman said, there is one center section that is technically open, these sites have water, power (30A) and sewer year round. There are people around the edges of the center section and they have power and sewer, they run hoses over periodically and fill up their fresh tanks from the others that still have water turned on. There is one more group up near the tour building, they look to have power and sewer but no water either. Not sure if they're "full" but there is plenty of space if you can work around the fresh water situation. The center is full and has been since September. I would call the office and leave a message. The onsite employees are down there most mornings and I would assume they'll get the message. This is a membership park but I think they still have rates for non members.
They are not fully open. Only one small section is available, no water hook ups, might be charging for electric by now. There is a camphost, but they come and go. Should be msg on machine if you call. Also , mostly a member only, but still you can ask.
