I'm one of their customers. They took a look at a briefcase for me to see if they can repair it. They repaired the zipper for me, and didn't even charge. I did notice small luggage and Handbags in the store that look like they were repaired. I imagine they could probably tackle a small carry on broken handle. It's a good crew over there.
