The VICTRA rep, DJ, who helped me was very helpful, attentive to my needs and went through the right phone and accessories, answered all my questions patiently, and put together my new phone soon that everything from my old phone was transferred. Will charge you as much as they possibly can get out of you by selling extra accessories not needed and hidden fees,no price of anything is actually what you pay.i wish I checked the reviews of the Verizon store I was planning on going to ,to switch carriers. Kid in the first front desk was absolutely worthless with little to no common basic tech knowledge, seems like the type of guy that would be good at selling vacuums with tons of unnecessary attachments.
