Yes you can only stay 14 days on one site there is no seasonal sites there
I believe you can rent a spot for 14 days, then must move to a different one. Unless you are being a camp host. There are designated spots for those and can be occupied longer.
I'm sorry I do not know the answer to renting monthly.
