Bethel Park has an ordinance that businesses can only be open until 11pm everyday. 69.29.2. Conditions of use. [Amended 9-14-1998 by Ord. No. 9-14-98A] 1. All activities as permitted in the C-1 District shall be conducted wholly within an enclosed building, with the exception of the accessory uses listed above. 2. Hours of operations shall be limited to between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. daily, including the operation of all external and internal lighted signs and displays. An exception may be granted for lighting essential for security purposes.
