I have been a patient of Complete Dental Care for several years and recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist in the South Hills. I find Dr. Monaco and her staff to be professional, friendly and very thorough. She was able to resolve issues that my previous dentist had not been able to help with. The office has all the latest dental technology including using digital impressions to 3D print my new crowns.

Everyone at this facility is extremely and cheerful. The facility is very clean. The person assisting the dentist was ver knowledgeable as well as helpful, quick, and she even took time to answer any question that I had. Yes, I had a few. I am very happy to have found the dentist here to such a point that I am scheduling an appointment for my mother who has voiced a want to find a better dentist. I am positive that we will both be happy with our choice now and in the future. I wish that I had found this office 15 years ago. Tim

02/10/22. 6 month visit originally set up for December 2021 and cancelled by Provider. Next available appointment was not until today at 0900. Provider called yesterday to rearrange scheduled appointment and told them I could not switch to 11:00 a.m. due to other obligations (6 month cleaning/check-up). X-rays taken and provider did analysis of teeth before cleaning.. Proclaimed that teeth were "gorgeous", but felt 4 teeth needed deep cleaning and although insurance would pay half, I would have to pay $499 for cleaning in addition to charges to insurance company. Provider then acted as a used car salesman and although I declined "deep cleaning" and opted for my regular cleaning, she said she would have to check with her Doctor. She said Doctor said "NO"; deep cleaning would be needed and cannot do regular. I said, nope regular cleaning. She declined and I told Provider that "something is not right" . I gather my items and left the facility. Left without any cleaning or further consideration from staff. Be Wary of this clinic!

Took both my girls in for a new patient appointment for regular check ups and cleaning. The staff is absolutely fantastic and kind. So far, they are the best experience that I have had with dentists. My girls felt very comfortable and enjoyed their appointments, plus, they were able to fit me in as well for a check up. I am very satisfied that I have found my new dentist office! Highly recommend!
