It's good if you have kids! For an IT professional, maybe the history of Microsoft?! I can only say that for me it was what it was. Had some interesting stuff but overall more geared towards kids and/or those who really love gaiming.
No. There is only a Microsoft Store with over priced Microsoft branded souvenirs. There used to be a small museum as well. Haven't seen it recently due to renovation work.

If you are an IT professional then the allure is that you are at Microsoft. Like them or not they have been a huge part of tech history and this is a quick and easy way to pay homage to that. The museum is a 5 minute tour for you.
