I wouldn't be surprised if they don't, it doesn't reek of used clothes though. Pretty good bang for your buck if you're okay giving the stuff you get there a wash or two.
There's really no way to know that for certain. You would be safe to assume that they do not. Most--if not all--places that accept donated clothing don't wash what they receive. It's an added cost to them. Also, all the clothing is separated into giant boxes. I really doubt there is THAT much care taken. Almost nothing is on clothing racks.
