Buy a new phone. A series Samsung.
I don't know. Never had that problem.
You can do it yourself for a few bucks, but Samsung uses a lot of glue in their devices. There are plenty of guides online to show you how. ifixit.com is a good site for such repairs. I used their guide to replace the battery and cracked screen on my son's old iPhone 4. Apples uses lots of screws though. Different beast. But like I said, Samsung uses a lot of glue which makes DIY repairs challenging. Watch a few different guide videos before you decide to attempt it. Having someone do it for you will probably be $100 or more, mostly in labor. Shop around for prices, there are plenty of shop that offer mobile device repairs.
I would call them to find out.Or take a 🚘 to Best Buy and ask them.
